CINEMA DESCRIPTION
Cine Star – Bagatelle, was located inside Bagatelle Mall of Mauritius,at the heart of one of the island’s busiest shopping destinations since its opening in 2011. Over the years, it became a familiar stop for many.
A visit to the cinema followed a rhythm many knew well. You would arrive, check the listings, pick up something to snack on and take your seat as the room gradually filled. Families, groups of friends, couples – all gathered for the same purpose, waiting for the lights to dim and the screen to come alive.
The cinema was equipped with film and digital projection, supported by a reliable surround sound system that carried each scene clearly. With 6 halls, Cine Star – Bagatelle was the largest cinema complex on the island, offering a wide range of films, from Hollywood and Bollywood releases to action, comedy and adventure.
In time, it became more than just a cinema. It formed part of people’s routines – a place tied to weekends, outings, and shared moments that quietly turned into lasting memories.
